The options for nightlife in Rancho Mirage are wide and varied. As an older community that also sees lots of young tourists coming though, Rancho Mirage hosts everything from low-key bars that serve cocktails to rocking clubs that are open all night long. One of the best places to start finding nightlife, though, is on your resort.
Before you head out to this area as a visitor, you’ll undoubtedly do some extensive research on the resort or hotel where you plan on staying. One of the things to remember when choosing your resort is that some of the best Rancho Mirage bars are actually on site at these resorts. If you’re really into the nightlife scene, you might want to find a resort that has a lot going on. This isn’t to say that you can’t go outside your resort to find other nightlife options, but your resort or hotel is a great place to either start or end your partying nights.
Some highly rated bars and clubs on resort properties include the Wet Bar at Agua Caliente Resort and Spa and bluEmber at Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa. Both of these locations offer drinks and entertainment, and you don’t necessarily have to be a resort guest to enjoy them.
Some of the most popular places in Rancho Mirage are located outside of the resorts, as well. Bing Crosby’s Restaurant and Piano Bar, for example, offers drinks and fine dining right off of Highway 111. Just down the road from that, Las Casuelas Nuevas offers a Mexican-style atmosphere with music and dancing into the night. Shame on the Moon Restaurant on Frank Sinatra has a restaurant feel during the day and evening, but it transforms into a hangout location and nightlife option after dark.
